The Challenge

Emergency Response
Immediately following the loss, Turquoise Construction implemented emergency stabilization measures to secure the property and protect residents, visitors, and neighboring properties from potential hazards. Temporary fencing was installed around the affected areas to restrict access, maintain site safety, and allow inspections and damage assessments to proceed safely.
Insurance Coordination
Turquoise Construction worked directly with the insurance carrier throughout the life of the project. Detailed repair estimates were prepared using industry-approved estimating software and supported with photographs, damage documentation, and ongoing project updates
Reconstruction Scope
Following demolition and damage assessment, a comprehensive reconstruction plan was implemented to restore the property to pre-loss condition while incorporating required code upgrades; structural & exterior repairs, MEPs, interior restoration and ADA compliance.
Results
The property was successfully reconstructed and restored to pre-loss condition. For the property owner, the successful completion of the project helped restore rental operations and support recovery from the financial impact associated with loss of business income.
